I’ve been going to Shades Primrose Hill for a while now, and I honestly couldn’t recommend Nico and the team more highly. From the moment you walk in, you’re made to feel genuinely welcome. The atmosphere is fun, relaxed, and has a real family feel, which makes every visit something I look forward to. Nico is incredibly talented, professional, and always punctual. He consistently takes the time to understand exactly what I’m after, and I leave every appointment feeling confident with my new hairstyle. The quality of the cut and service is outstanding, and the value for money is exceptional. The little touches make a big difference too—complimentary coffees and drinks, and on several occasions Nico has even generously given me hair products to take home at no extra cost. That level of care and generosity is rare. If you’re looking for a top-class salon in London with amazing people, exceptional service, and fantastic value, I can’t recommend Shades Primrose Hill enough. Five stars all the way!
